Terms and Conditions

Royal Ball Pythons (RBP) guarantees the sex, health and condition of every animal we sell.  We ship Fed Ex overnight through ShipYourReptiles.Com.  We will ship Monday through Wednesday except for holidays.  We will not ship if we determine that weather or temperatures may be detrimental to the health of the animal. 

Royal Ball Pythons offers a live arrival guarantee, providing that the buyer or their agent be available for a signed delivery on the very first attempt at delivery by the shipper.  The animal is assumed to have arrived healthy and safe upon buyer’s signature and acceptance of the animal.  Any claims regarding the health or welfare of the animal must be registered in writing to info@royalballpythons.com within 2 hours of signed delivery.

Royal Ball Pythons will keep a photographic record of each animal shipped.  We guarantee the sex and genetics of the animal shipped, and will refer to the photographic evidence of pattern marks to identify an animal.  In the unlikely event the animal is not of the sex or genetics guaranteed, RBP will replace the animal to the best of its ability.  If RBP is unable to produce an animal as specified in the sale, full monies will be refunded upon the healthy return of the animal in question.

Royal Ball Pythons will not ship any animal until full payment is made and cleared through our bank.  We will accept Cash, Money Orders, Paypal and Personal Checks.  10 business days must be allowed to ensure that a personal check clears through the bank.

Royal Ball Pythons will always quote a shipping charge prior to payment.  This charge may or may not be the exact dollars quoted by our shipper.  However RBP will never charge more for shipping than our actual cost.  A paid receipt for shipping can be provided.  Generally shipping is between $50 and $65.

Deposits on live animals, and payment plans are accepted.  For animals that are valued under $1000, a 20% nonrefundable deposit is accepted, and full payment is expected within 60 days, with at least a further 20% deposit made within 30 days. Animals over $1000 may be held for 120 days, with a minimum 20% payment made up front and continues at a minimum 20% rate on a monthly basis. Should a buyer not be able to complete the transaction, funds up to 20% of the value of the animal will be forfeited.  Any funds over 20% of the animal collected by RBP will be refunded at a 50% rate.  All funds applied toward an animal can be reapplied to another animal in our collection with 60 days of notice or default on the agreed payment plan.  All payment plans will contain a signed document in which the terms of the agreement are explained.
